Today, we talk with Dr. Shawn Joseph about looking within ourselves and accepting that we, as educators contribute to students not making progress and how if we want to fix organizations we need to fix ourselves. We will discuss how important student voice is when using improvement science to get to the root cause of problems within school communities.  We will also chat about how true equity work begins when you see who is in front of you.
