I had that safety net under me and I think that’s probably what sparked in me making sure that other people have that safety net, if not more of a safety net.

Women make up more than 50% of the U.S. population, but hold only 19.4% of the seats in Congress, 24.8% of the seats in state legislatures, 23.7% of state executive seats, and 20.7% of mayoral seats. Let's see if we can do something about that.
