Nicole is a 25+ year marketing executive who held leadership roles at Aon Hewitt, Zendesk, and Logitech. Rising from a product marketing specialist, she became Corporate VP and Head of Marketing at Aon Hewitt and COO/CMO at Logitech Sports and Human Performance. In 2022, Nicole left Logitech to start a fitness coaching business. Recently, she founded her full-service marketing consultancy, Baer Consulting, following her success with Artemis Marketing Partners, established in 2017. Nicole holds a bachelor's in English and American Literature from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
