Meet Isha Kathuria, a 25-year-old teacher, living and working in Delhi. Isha was diagnosed with Thalassemia Intermedia - a case of a shortage of hemoglobin in an adult body. This disease causes stunted growth and in the case of Isha, also resulted in her becoming a victim of bullying, stress, and mental trauma. It was through proper meditation, commitment to health, and family’s support that Isha was able to fight this battle and continue to do so today but with resilience. Tune in to listen to her story.
