Kellyn is back, and we are going for it! Kellyn and I both opened our first salons in 2014. We had partnerships that ended around the same time and rebuilt our businesses around the same time. We are dishing on the amount of money we each spent to open our salons and all we learned along the way! We share every face plant and piece of wisdom that has come from each setback. We need to get honest about the costs associated with owning and operating a salon. When I say costs, I don't always mean financial costs either. Often the things that cost us the most are not renewable resources.
