We first look at ourselves through the eyes of our children to see beyond our imperfections + hold ourselves in reverence for the space we hold in their hearts. This episode comes with a trigger warning as she talks about infertility + depression in the later chapters, exploring what it means to reconcile a life never fulfilled earthside. Shining a light into the spaces we often shy away from to lighten the shame load that too many of us carry.&nbsp;You can expect to hear imperfect,&nbsp; raw stories that are incredibly authentic, questionable opinions, the owning of mistakes, occasional disagreements and plenty of inappropriate humour.&nbsp;She Is Seen the Podcast isn’t about sugar coating and glossing over lived experiences.
