Today I want to talk with you about the biggest misconception that I think many women are led to believe when it comes to running and chronic fatigue.
But first I want to ask you - what do you think that misconception might be?
- that you’ll have to stop running altogether until you resolve it
- that you’ll need to find another activity to do because you’ll have to hang up your running shoes for good
- that there’s just no way these two things can ever exist together
Well…I’m here to tell you that if any of those things are what you’ve been told…it just ain’t true.
