Listen, there are a few foundational principles in life and business we should all follow that will help us get ahead. One of those is "treat others the way you want to be treated."

I don't disagree with this at all. However, I think many of us take this to the extreme in the wedding industry and make it an excuse so we don't have to make hard decisions, so we don't have to grow and so we don't have to reach out potential.
