In the first episode of 2022, we are fortunate enough to speak with Spencer Arnold of Hebron Christian in Dacula, Ga. Spencer is the S&C coach who is doing some amazing work through VBT or Velocity Based Training using the Perch System which I was fortunate enough to see in person. It is an awesome program and he even incorporates it with Human A&P and AP Statistics classes with the data they use and teaching the human body. Spencer is also the owner/operator of Power and Grace Performance which is a gym in Snellville, and he coaches 3 OLYMPIANS who all competed this past summer in Tokyo, and one of them placed for a silver medal. Please give this one a listen, subscribe, and share with a friend!
