Today I talk with 4 of the Buford TF staff members about how they sustained success in winning 3 state championships in a row for women's track and field. These gentlemen also have won state championships as players and coaches as well at Buford in football over their tenure. Below are their bios:
Fyrone Davis-Head Track and Field Coach
From Atlanta Ga. I have been coaching Football and track over 20 years. I attended Grambling St. I have eight rings in Football and 3 in Track. We did a 3 peat in track 2017, 2018 , 2019. I have a Bachelors in Communications and a Masters in Academic Advising.
David Snell- Asst Coach
Heading into my 27th year of coaching. Came to Buford in 1999. I coach Track and Football.Head track coach at Buford from 2000-2016. a Been a part of many successful teams in both sports. Attended Auburn University where I was a graduate assistant on the football team for Pat Dye and Terry Bowden. . Married with twin girls who will be seniors this year.

Andre Johnson- Asst Coach
Heading into my 4th year of coaching. Came back to Buford in 2017 after graduating from Coastal Carolina 2016. I coach Throwers in Track and D Line in Football. Been a part of 3 State Championships between both teams.
