In this episode the boys talk about the importance and impact of small wins as well a the consistency in them.  The boys mention how many people tend to overlook and avoid the small wins within their lives with no appreciation for them.  We get  discouraged when we're not at the final product yet its the consistency in small wins that help us reach our overall product and become able to enjoy the final product in its entirety.
