In this week’s episode, we bring you someone new. His name is RC Calvo. I know RC from Camp Gladiator. He’s the CG partner trainer I’ve trained with the most and the longest. He studied Sport and Exercise Science at Texas Tech University & has his National Academy of Sports Medicine certification. He’s also a personal trainer, a woodworker, a husband, dad, brother, and most importantly - Texan!
