but there is the very interesting manual of warfare, “Unrestricted warfare” that is more or less what they follow: use all sorts of leverage; wage economic, cyber, biological, chemical, warfare; use strategic resource capture (eg lithium); use tons of fifth columnists and embedded assets to cause mayhem.
