My guest is Dr. V Raman Kutty, an expert in public health, who was a practising physician before getting his advanced degree in public health from harvard and then spending many years as a professor at the Sri Chitra Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology, and as the director of the Achutha Menon Center for Health Sciences Studies, focusing on policy issues. He is an epidemiologist and data science consultant.
