Claire Snowdon-Darling nearly died giving birth leaving her physically and emotionally wrecked for years afterwards. Claire's acceleration towards an early diagnosis of peri-menopause was the catalyst for Claire to explore how she could best navigate the hormonal hell her body had been through and make her midlife years so much better. Claire went on to study and practice Functional Kinesiology and Functional Wellness, eventually developing an accredited training pathway which led to the launch of The College Of Functional Kinesiology in 2019. Claire is the Head of College, and the author of a book to accompany that course.
