Author, dance instructor, entrepreneur, father of five, and (obviously) tired person, Chris Lynam joins us this week to celebrate the release of his new book, "The Choreography Of Customer Service: High Touch Service In A Touch Free World". A professional dancer for many years, Chris took his experience on the ballroom floor and translated it into a book. Lynam is so positive, he even made our host concede that maybe people aren't all terrible?!
