When you look at the majority of job sites the largest percentage of advertisers are Recruitment Consultancies.

However, some job seekers have never used a Recruitment Consultancy before and are unsure about the process and how to maximise their chances of success.

I recently interviewed Lucy Simpson, Manager of Digital Media at Major Players, a London based Digital Recruitment Agency.

Lucy offered some really useful, practical advice and insights into where the current opportunities are within Search, Digital Media and Online Marketing,  as well as giving some good suggestions on how to make your CV stand out and how to prepare for an interview.
