Continuing with “Men’s health month,” I also tie in some familial issues that are relatable to unfortunately, many people. Listen as I walk you through an emotional journey and yes maybe a tear was shed or two, but by the end of it, you’ll want to hug your children so tight, give them one last bedtime story, or maybe even snuggle just five more minutes, because those, those are the moments that count.
