In today's episode of Selfish Sesh, I chat through my 2023 challenge to ensure I am setting good habits to become a healthier and happier version of myself.


The challenge is based on 75 Hard but has a few tweaks - my rules are:

  1. Exercise for 90 minutes a day
  2. Eat clean when at home
  3. Write three things I like about myself each day
  4. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day
  5. Read 10 pages of a book
  6. Make my bed daily
  7. Alcohol only twice a week
