In today's episode of Selfish Sesh, I chat through my 2023 challenge to ensure I am setting good habits to become a healthier and happier version of myself.
The challenge is based on 75 Hard but has a few tweaks - my rules are:
- Exercise for 90 minutes a day
- Eat clean when at home
- Write three things I like about myself each day
- Drink at least 2 litres of water a day
- Read 10 pages of a book
- Make my bed daily
- Alcohol only twice a week
