He joined the National Guard just days before the Gulf War and later used the GI Bill to earn an Engineering Degree from the University of Cincinnati. Doug quickly rose through the corporate ranks to become COO of a global consulting firm, where he scaled operations across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.Driven by a lifelong commitment to his community, Doug founded Bravia Services, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Bravia provides engineering-led consulting, staffing, and construction services globally, with a specific mission to uplift veterans and individuals with disabilities. Beyond business, Doug is a civic leader involved with the Indianapolis 500 Festival and has been honored by the Department of Defense with the Patriot and Above and Beyond Awards for his unwavering support of service members.
