I am guilty of not loving myself, of thinking low, bad, of putting myself down and wishing that I was not alive anymore!

Please forgive me for those thoughts and actions that I did against myself when depression got so bad, all I could think of was to never be here in this world again!

Yes I am guilty of those but now, I am loving myself more.
