This episode was inspired by everyone feels like they don’t know where to begin or how to move forward in their self love journey. If you’re there, we FEEL YOU! We have both been at a place where we felt completely unable to love who we were because of the circumstances in our lives at the time. In this episode, we provide actionable ways to pick yourself up when it feels harder than usual and dive into how to carry on when it feels like you are unable to make the time. Life often gets in the way of taking care of ourselves and we want to explore how we can shift that belief and show you how to get past these obstacles. We give you tips on how self love can be easily incorporated into your daily routine!
