We ought to be grateful to live in this great country of ours. The freedoms we enjoy should not be taken lightly. Rather, they should instill in us a great sense of responsibility to construct great lives of virtue and excellence. 

Take time today to reflect on your gratitude for our nation and to assess ways that you can declare independence in your own life. We all need greater freedom from something - sin, toxic relationships, poor financial habits, mediocrity, mental slavery, etc.
