We have all experienced a crisis in our life. We actually just experienced one together last year, during the height of the pandemic. 

The only way to get rid of all your problems in this life is to die. So while we are here on earth, we know we will face unexpected adversity. It is better to know how to prevent and prepare for difficult situations than to scramble around trying to react to them after they happen.

In this episode, Nathan and Bob take on the topic of leading ourselves and others through a crisis. To truly seek excellence, we have to be the ones who are willing to lead by example no matter the circumstances.
