This recording coincided with Mental health awareness week.  As usual I have no idea which episode it is for my intro!
We discuss our own feelings and some deeply personal experiences along with ways we think help us, and maybe you cope with stress and pressure.
Remember its important to look after yourself.  As men there often seems a stigma in speaking out and asking for help, but there shouldn't be.  It's not a weakness to need help and we should all be more open and talk about this to remove any stigma!
