Sometimes we remain in a relationship or date someone just because we are afraid to live ALONE! Trust me it is better to live alone than feel lonely.

Just like the" green zone",  I have mentioned in this podcast, there are very thin signs of toxicity in a relationship. This dating story taught me to decode them and once again I helped me shape a BETTER Version of ME!
