Sandra’s life changed when her husband passed away and she found herself a single mother of two beautiful boys.  Her courage and strength led her to opening an art studio.  But most art studios you are not asked to breathe and talk about your feelings like Sandra’s …and as much as her class might groan they know it helps and actually have a name for it,   they call it Sandra-isms.  She’s now helping so many others through art.  I highly recommend her Ted-Talk which we have linked below.
