Dr. Michael Scullin is an associate professor of psychology and neuroscience at Baylor University and the principal investigator at the Sleep Neuroscience and Cognition (SNAC) lab. Dr. Scullin is an award-winning teacher, mentor, and researcher whose interests lie at the intersection of sleep and cognition. Today, he's here to talk about why sleep is important and how we can be better at it.
