Welcome to Sunday's Solo Episode #437. During this episode, we talk about how I've got Covid-19 after 2 years of feeling invincible and evading it. In the middle of 48 hours of feeling sick and horrendous, I've been thinking of several thoughts and one of them is "Could Your Business Run Without You". We've heard a lot of businesses turning upside down during the pandemic and it's a good exercise to plan in advance for these kinds of scenario. Here are some highlights:
- If you can systemise and automate your processes, do so.
- If your just starting your business, make sure that you got your first hire right.
- I encourage you to employ a PA (personal assistant) or VA (virtual assistant)
- For business owners, the last thing you want is not making a decision. It's better to make a bad decision than no decision at all.
