Welcome to episode 212 and time for our monthly review.

First of all massive thanks to everybody who supported the podcast this year.

It is a good time to take a look back at this year.

This month was all about embracing change and trying something new.

The first cohort of my podcast launch programme was completed. Three people launched their podcast before the course was even finished!

I'd love to know what your favourite episode was this month. Was it one of our interviews? Was it one of the solo episodes?
