Host Jason Schreurs talks to therapist Simon Forsyth of Nozomi Counselling about how punk rock is a model for mental health. Simon lives in Dublin, Ireland, and came out as gay a year after he discovered punk rock. He encourages his clients to use the ethos of punk rock to reclaim their lives as an act of resistance and has created a punk workbook for them called Write Your Revolution.
