Host Jason Schreurs has a discussion with Brian McTernan, vocalist of Be Well and owner of Salad Days Studio, where he has recorded Hot Water Music, Thrice, Converge and Bane, to name a few. Brian and I talked about his lifelong battle with depression, being hospitalized when he was 13 and finding a home in punk rock. His new band looks back at his life with mental illness and how he's always found a way out the other side.
