The first game of this year’s Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship takes place on KCLR at 5pm this Saturday with Ballyhale Shamrocks facing Danesfort in John Locke Park in Callan.

With the loser of this game dropping into the dreaded relegation final, the pressure will be on for both teams to claim a crucial victory.
