Tim Trad is the founder of onlyincbus, the media company that he has used it to help spread news, entertain, create products, and most important to him, represent & impact a city he loves. He is also a podcast host of onlyincbus and Under Constuction, is a former professional musician touring on the Vans Warped Tour, and co-owned the online t-shirt shop and subscription service .freeclothing. We talk through his upbringing, being adopted, the experiences of touring with his past band, and processing aspects of his life where he felt insecure, confused, lonely and how that shaped mindsets he had to grow through. His experiences have all helped him evolve into a more intentional person focused on impacting community on a micro and macro level personally and with onlyincbus.
