This week we’re speaking with a former McKinsey consultant, and now founder and CEO of PlantJammer,  Michael Haase. Plant Jammer is a 5-year old Food tech startup that uses AI to help people cook and eat more sustainably. They are a team of 15 data scientists and chefs, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

Michael and I have a great conversation about food waste, artificial intelligence, and cooking. We may disagree that creating food is art, but he did inspire me to make a zucchini and banana salad with a cilantro lime dressing topped with toasted almonds.
