Are you ready for 2021? I believe we all are! However, we couldn’t go into the new year without first reflecting back on how 2020 went and what we’ve learned that we can take with us into next year.
In this episode, I was joined by members of the CEO Roundtable to check-in and reflect on what wins, breakthroughs and obstacles they faced in 2020.
I encourage you to do this for yourself too. Take some time to reflect on this past year and what you’re most proud of (big or small!), think about what your biggest wins were, what lessons you’ve learned and how this can all make you a better person and leader in 2021.
