In the video, a bottle appears to tip over completely on its own, falling off the bar and shattering on the floor. But what makes this footage even more unsettling is a mysterious shadow that seemingly passes over an iPad positioned directly in front of the bottle just moments before it falls!

In another bizarre incident, a mysterious fire reportedly ignited beneath the bar, in an area where Lauryn says there was no electrical wiring or any obvious source that could have caused it.

The establishment has a long history of operating as a bar, previously under a different name, and according to her research, two individuals have reportedly passed away on the property.
