Today I read through a twitter thread about what clients really think about going to therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The tweet was posted by <a href= "https://twitter.com/georgeciveris">George Civeris</a>. "Is anyone else finding therapy completely useless......... sound off in the comments."&nbsp;— George Civeris (@georgeciveris) Are clients only seeing you because they feel obligated to continue paying your weekly fee? Do they think you can offer the support they need right now? Would they rather be talking about their old problems? Are they worried about how you're holding up? I&nbsp;discuss these topics and more on today's episode.&nbsp;

"Say More About That" is a podcast that is focused on mental health issues, with the goal of making therapy more approachable and less stigmatized. "Say More About That" will educate listeners on how therapy really works. There are tons of strange and quirky things about being a therapist or receiving therapy and we're going to talk about all those things on this podcast. Sometimes we'll laugh at the counseling profession and how bizarre it is. And other times we'll be super serious and talk about how powerful and important counseling can be. 

On "Say More About That" we'll sometimes talk to clients about their up and down journey receiving therapy. But we'll mostly bring in experts in the field to dissect aspects of therapy and mental health that don't get enough attention.
