In this episode of Sandwich Parenting, Sherry Yuan Hunter has a conversation with a special guest, Jennifer Kindera, an instructor supervisor at The International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching. She is a mentor for many coaches that have come through the program after her. She's an expert in trauma recovery, but she's also an in-depth scholar in the area of shame and teaches continuing education courses. She really takes the shame and helps us see how this is impacting us on a day to day. She gets into the healing from trauma through an understanding and through healing from shame.
