Salubrity means anything favorable to or promoting health or healthfulness, this podcast is a place where I debunk myths and give you bare facts about various health issues.

I am a medical doctor fully licensed by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). I have an extensive experience in hospital and clinical settings. I am very passionate about health awareness and health education and I am also a mental health enthusiast.
