The Bills suffered their first loss of the season, 16-10 at home to the New England Patriots, to drop to 3-1 and keep the Patriots undefeated (4-0).  Here are my observations and thoughts from the game, including a pregame coaching confrontation, a player who sealed his fate in a Bills uniform, and the many ways the Bills had chances to take the lead but couldn’t.
