In this episode we start off with a bit of a laugh because Steph accidentally had us on mute for the first 10 mins! We started over to make sure you didn't miss anything we had already talked about, but there was a bit of nervous laughter to be had.

This week, we talked a little bit more about some salon experiences we had lately, and took an experience we had visiting another business and applied it to salon life!
