Safe Haven Conversations: Exploring Mental Health Through Refugee, Immigrant and Asylum Seeker ExperiencesJoin us at Safe Haven Space, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing mental health and well-being programs for refugee students and families, as we discuss the trials and triumphs of mental health as a refugee, immigrant or/and asylum seeker. We talk about the importance of mental health as a whole and specifically the added challenges those who are navigating a new environments and country have to face and provide tips, tools and tidbits on how to overcome them, both from personal experience and as recommended by menalth health professionals.
