Today is our 20th podcast episode (yay!) and we are going to celebrate it by talking about milestones-big and small-in our lives. What is important to you? It's hard not to take in other people's perceptions of who and what we are, day-in and day-out, as we all move through life. In this episode, Cristina and Francesca tackle the huge hurdle and challenge of NOT giving others the power to dictate who you are and how you live your life-and how to gently take that power back.
