What do you identify as? What do you identify with? Who are you?
WOW... those are loaded questions, no?!
From our youngest years, throughout our lifetimes of generations, we morph and change, we know this clearly as years accumulate.
Our bodies grow older. Our minds grow fuller. Our spirituality grounds and deepens. Our emotional life connects us to our deepest self.
Yet, we continue to glean cues of 'who am I ' and 'what am I' ... we seek validation of 'who and what' we are in the formation of how we answer these questions to ourselves of ourselves. We glean validation from the responses of other's.
Sacred Halt's change us. Sacred Halt's morph us into a new identity we often cannot recognize during the first hand experience's of our own Sacred Halt's. We begin to absorb the responses of those we have called 'mine' during the metamorphosis of this period of time; the time in which we 'halt' and 'morph'.
During a Sacred Halt we need time to adjust. We need time to shed the 'old' and accept and acknowledge the 'new'. Yet, life doesn't work this way: Life, here, just a keeps on rollin'.
You are changing.
You are becoming someone you will not recognize.
You are never going back to who you once were.
You have evolved; good or bad, positive or negative; Sacred Halt's birth us into a new being of sort.
For today, recognize your Sacred Halt's may have been designed to take you into the new without having being asked IF you were prepared.
From my experience, you were not prepared; and, this can piss a person off... for years!
That's okay, I simply ask you to breathe and...
halt... and, begin to recognize the Sacred Halt of that moment in your life.
Enough for today!
So glad we found one another!
Sacred Halt.
See you tomorrow.
