Sacred Halt is a T in the road of life.  

We each come to a T in our personal road in our life.  

We stop.  

We are given a choice to make a right-hand turn or a left-hand turn.  We are not given an option of slowing our gait,  to creep through the T at a crawl and to proceed moving straight to continue as we had before ... the T in the road of our life.  Before the T in the road of our life jumped out, demanded we stomp the brakes  demanding the trajectory cease; locked the seat-belt holding us into our life as we had known it, and launched our mind, heart and soul into an alternative reality of shock, numb and disbelief.  

Suddenly, the life path we had  once came to rely upon to show up,  was recognized as familiar and expected,  could be depended upon to offer depression, fulfillment or simply another dog-eat-dog mentality of living was obsolete. The life path we had once known was gone.  Gone like a morning fog over a country side farm land on an early morning sunrise. Just gone. Gone.  Gone.  Gone. 

At a Sacred Halt, a T in the road of life, all things pass away.  And, all things become new.  It is just this simple.  A Sacred Halt.

Today, you have permission to recognize the halting at your T in your life path.  I give you permission to recognize, consider and act upon the directive to halt.  You can just stop.  You can just not move forward for today.  You can begin to take care of nothing.  You can begin to be responsible for no one.  You can simply stop, drop and roll onto your back and look high into the blue, day sky, the cloudy, midday sky or the start-littered night sky.  You can lay down, connect to our Earth and simply, for today, let go.

I give you permission, so, now, you may give yourself permission.

Some of us will never recover from our Sacred Halt's.  Some of us will never find the new version of our self.  Some will live the remainder of a lifetime at this Halt.  Does this make it less Sacred?  No.  It doesn't.  Nothing can make our halt's less Sacred.

Your life, my life, has one goal: to be lived.  

They don't have to be productive.  

They don't have to be successful. 

They don't have to resonate accomplishment.  

They don't need to have won any badge, honor or medal.  

They don't have to have a Podcast, a blog, a Tik-Tok following of a million viewers.  

They don't have to impress, convince, manipulate nor manage anyone, anything or any project of sort.  

Nope.

Sacred Halt's WILL find their way into your life.
