The beginning of this project started YEARS ago now.  I've captured my life between the inklings and paper-pages of many a journal; stuffed inside a decorated hat-box of sorts... The ONE thing I've understood leafing through the years of my living's is: we are all so different; and, we are so much the same.  So, I need ear's to hear my stuff.  I need to hear my own voice.  I need you to come along with me.  I CAN promise, the content will be all about me.  I can also guarantee, you will find YOU inside my life journey as well.

Sacred Halt was a concept birthed 10 years ago now.  I needed to HALT.  I needed to stop ALL the noise, busy-busy, input/output.  I needed... I knew not what.  I simply knew I was in NEED.  So, it seemed appropriate for me to gather myself, and find a place & space to settle into what I refer to as a 'Sacred Halt' of sort's.  Welcome!  IF you find yourself in need as well, welp, you found a friend in me.
