In this episode, we reflect on the history of NGOs in South Africa. Taking a brief walk down memory lane to revisit the conditions and political circumstances NGOs transitioned from throughout the course of time. The reason for this episode was to get a deeper understanding of the history behind NGO’s in South Africa, from colonialism to apartheid and finally, democracy.
