Since 1975, the Russkaya Pesnya Ensemble has been a guardian of Russian folk music. Founded by Nadezhda Babkina, one of Russia’s most beloved cultural icons, the ensemble has carried the songs of the village and the steppe from the grand stage of the Bolshoi Theatre to festivals around the world.
