Yancy Medeiros is a UFC fighter and American Mixed Martial Artist. He was born and raised in Hawaii, on the westside of O’ahu in Waianae. He has been competing since 2007 in the UFC. Yancy started off his career fighting at light heavyweight. He then moved down to middleweight and eventually made his lightweight debut at UFC 159. He has been competing since 2007 in the UFC. Yancy upholds his pride in the UFC while representing himself, his culture, and Hawaii. He goes by the saying “good vibes, good health, and aloha is the way of life.”
